1. Purpose & Use

  The form is provided to allow users to request a berth quote for vessel mooring or related marine services at Guernsey Marinas (the “Service”).
• 1.2
  You may only use the form for legitimate and lawful inquiries (e.g. requesting a berth, asking about services). The form must not be used for spam, marketing purposes (unless otherwise agreed), or unlawful communications.

2. Accuracy of Information

• 2.1
  You agree to submit complete, accurate, and up-to-date information (name, contact details, vessel dimensions, desired dates, etc.).
• 2.2
  If any submitted details are false, misleading, or incomplete, Guernsey Marinas reserves the right to refuse service, decline or invalidate a quote, or cancel any booking.

3. Quotes & Availability

• 3.1
  Submitting the form is a request for a quote, not a binding agreement or reservation.
• 3.2
  All quotes are subject to availability, marina capacity, physical suitability of berth for the vessel, and any other operational constraints.
• 3.3
  Guernsey Marinas reserves the right to amend or withdraw a quote without notice.
• 3.4
  A quote does not guarantee a berth until confirmed in writing (by email or other binding communication).

4. Communications & Confirmation

• 4.1
  After submission, Guernsey Marinas may contact you via email or phone to clarify details, negotiate terms, or confirm a booking.
• 4.2
  Guernsey Marinas is not obliged to respond to every form submission.
• 4.3
  If sensitive or legally required notices need to be delivered (e.g. contract terms, acceptance, cancellation), they will generally be sent by email unless otherwise specified.

5. Data Use & Privacy

• 5.1
  The personal data you submit will be used for the purpose of processing your berth inquiry, providing quotes, and related communications.
• 5.2
  We will treat your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
• 5.3
  We will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party contractors or service providers only when necessary to fulfil your request (e.g. marina operations).
• 5.4
  Where required by law (including data protection legislation), you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, or objection.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

• 6.1
  Guernsey Marinas does not guarantee that every inquiry will lead to a berth or service.
• 6.2
  Guernsey Marinas is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, costs, or losses arising from use (or inability to use) this form, including but not limited to data loss, communications failure, or delays.
• 6.3
  Guernsey Marinas’ total liability (whether in contract, tort, or other legal basis) is limited to an amount equal to any fee paid by you in respect of the confirmed booking (if any).
• 6.4
  Guernsey Marinas gives no warranty that the submitted information will be received or processed without error (e.g. technical issues may intervene).

7. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree not to use the form to:

• Submit defamatory, harassing, or abusive content

• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

• Impersonate others or use false identities

• Send unsolicited advertising or promotional content

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or marina rules

8. Modification & Updates

• 8.1
  Guernsey Marinas may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• 8.2
  The version posted on the website at the time of your submission governs your use of the form.
• 8.3
  Continued use of the form after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• 9.1
  These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Guernsey (or whichever jurisdiction is appropriate).
• 9.2
  Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of this form shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guernsey (or as otherwise agreed in writing).
